The Learning Tree prides itself on having an extremely experienced staff team, who hold numerous qualifications in childcare and believe in caring for your child as if they were their own.

Every child has a key person who is responsible for their care and education whilst at The Learning Tree. This key person will observe their children in both play and planned activities, using these observations to develop a plan of activities that will interest the child. 

By observing the child and how they naturally like to explore the world around them, planned activities can support their favoured ways of learning. This keeps the child engaged with their learning and encourages them to develop their own interests
