The Learning Tree prides itself on providing flexible childcare that works for parents. We understand that a ‘one size fits all’ approach doesn’t meet the needs of modern working life; therefore, we offer a range of services which can be combined to create a bespoke package that meets your child care needs.
It’s important to us that both parent and child are happy at The Learning Tree. Please see our different packages below, as well as more information about our Wrap-around Service.
Our Opening Hours
The Learning Tree Day Nursery is open from 7:30am - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, 52 weeks per year.
Learning Tree Explorers is open for Breakfast club 7:30am - 9:00am and for After school 3:00pm - 6:00pm.
During School Holidays, we offer Holiday Club from 7:30am - 6:00pm.

Morning Package
Our morning sessions run from 7.30am to 1.00pm.
Afternoon Package
Our afternoon sessions run from 1.00pm - 6.00pm
Full Day Package
Our full day sessions run from 7.30am to 6.00pm.

Childcare Offer for Wales Package
We are registered to offer the governments, Childcare Offer for Wales Funding Initiative. Please enquire for more information on your eligibility and how you can claim.
School Nursery Wraparound Package
Includes pick up - 11.30am to 6.00pm
Combination Packages are available for specific days and a mixture of AM and PM Sessions.

Packages for Explorers:
Breakfast Club
Our morning sessions run from 7.30am to 9.00am.
After School Club
Our afternoon sessions run from 3.00pm - 6.00pm
Holiday Club
Available through all School Holidays from 7.30am to 6.00pm.
Wrap Around Service
At the core of our bespoke child care is our Wrap-around Service.
If your child is part of our approved schools, we can drop them off in the morning (after providing breakfast, of course!) and collect them from school in the afternoon. They will join us back at The Learning Tree Nursery if they are under 4 years old or at The Learning Tree Explorers for children aged 5 to 12 years old, where they can eat a yummy dinner and enjoy fun activities until you’re ready to pick them up!
We also offer a midday drop-off and collection service, for those who have a morning or afternoon session at school.
We provide the Wrap-around Service for the following schools:
Langstone Nursery and Primary school
Ysgol Gymraeg Casnewydd Nursery and Primary school.
